#5:  Stila Smudge Pot

This is a gel eyeliner as well as an eyeshadow.  Smudge pots come in eight different colors.
Recommended brush:  Stila Brush #28 Smudge & Line Brush

Pros:  Stays on for a few hours.  Very creamy.
Cons:  I have issues with eyeliner staying on my waterline.  This is not waterproof and the container dries out easily.

#4:  Benefit Cosmetics BADgal Liner

This is a pencil eyeliner with a blending tip at the end.  Comes in only black

Pros:  Doesn't feel like a pencil liner.  Soft to apply.

Cons:  Doesn't stay on my waterline.   Says it's waterproof, but my waterline liner was gone within a couple of hours.

Price:  $20 @ Sephora

#3:  MAKE UP FOR EVER Aqua Creamliner

This is a waterproof gel creamliner.  Comes in two colors- black and turquoise.

Pros:  Rich and creamy, very soft.  A little goes a long way.  Somewhat waterproof.  Does not dry out as fast as Stila's Smudge pot.

Cons:  Doesn't stay on my waterline.  IF you aren't experienced with gel liners, it may difficult to put on at first.  (I know I had troubles the first couple times)!

#2:  Tarte EmphasEYES High Definition Eye Pencil

A slim eye pencil.  Comes in four different colors.

Pros:  Somewhat waterproof.  It says it's made for the inner rims.  Stays on longer than the above products.
Cons:  Very thin.  If it's retracted too high, it'll break off easily.  Didn't stay on my waterline as much as I would have liked it.

Price:  $18 @ Sephora

#1:  Tarte EmphasEYES Waterproof Clay Shadow/Liner

An eyeshadow and a liner.  Waterproof and made from Amazonian clay.  Sephora has one color, but you can also go onto Tarte's website for more colors.

Pros:  This by far, is my favorite eyeliner.  The clay is very silky and creamy.  It is definitely waterproof.  I can cry for days and it's still fresh on.

Cons:  None, except Sephora no longer carries black.

Price:  $22 @ Sephora and Tarte Cosmetics

What else I've used:  Urban Decay's 24/7, Buxom's Buxom Insider Eyeliner,   Kat Von D's Autograph Liquid Eyeliner, and other various Maybelline eyeliner products.
